उच्च रक्तदाबावर गुणकारी

नेत्रविकारांवर आराम

त्रिफळा चूर्ण पाण्यात घालून त्याने डोळे धुतल्याने डोळ्यांचे त्रास दूर होतात. मोतीबिंदू, डोळ्यांची जळजळ, इतर दोष कमी करण्यासाठी 10 ग्रॅम गायच्या तूपात 1 चमचा त्रिफळा चूर्ण आणि 5 ग्रॅम मध घालून त्याचे सेवन करा.

त्वचारोगावर परिणामकारक

खाज, जळजळ, फोड्या यांसारख्या समस्यांवर त्रिफळा परिणामकारक ठरते. यासाठी सकाळ-संध्याकाळी 6-8 ग्रॅम त्रिफळा चूर्ण खाल्याने फायदा होतो. एक चमचा त्रिफळा चूर्ण एक ग्लास पाण्यात 2-3 तास भिजत ठेवा. त्यानंतर त्या पाण्यात गुळण्या करा. त्यामुळे तोंडाचे विकार दूर होण्यास मदत होईल.

डोकेदुखीवर

त्रिफळा, हळद, कडूलिंब यांच्या साली काढून पाण्यात उकळवा. हे पाणी गाळून सकाळ-संध्याकाळ गुळ किंवा साखरेसोबत प्या. डोकेदुखीवर आराम मिळेल.

जाडेपणावर उपयुक्त

जाडेपणामुळे त्रासलेले असाल तर त्रिफळाचे सेवन तुमच्यासाठी खूप फायदेशीर ठरेल. यासाठी त्रिफळाच्या कोमट काढ्यात मध घालून प्या. त्यामुळे चरबी कमी होते.

तिरफळ हे एक प्रकारचे फळ आहे, जे Rutaceae कुळातील Zanthoxylum limonella ह्या वनस्पतीपासून मिळते.
